just returned from my holiday at Hotel Cervanates - had an amazing time. The room the staff the surroundings was excellent...i intend to return again next year.
I think the entertainment could improve. Being Irish we are keen tea drinkers...it would be great if one could hire a keetle for our stay.

Excellent location very clean and good size rooms, friendly helpful staff. We would return again for the location, the hotel amenities and excellent value for money.
We booked full board plus beverages which we thought would include tea and coffee but it didnt so beware of this and go all inclusive to get everything. The parking is also very difficult, yes you can use the hotels but at 15euros a day is expensive.

hotel very clean and welcoming food was brilliant something to eat at meal times and for snacking would recommend it for short stay stayed for five nights all inclusive and came home very happy
to be honest didnt really dislike anything the only problem was no entertainment but it is out of season and only went for five nights. My other dislike is the greed of some of the holiday makers with the food and drink it was shameful to see

Mostly everything about the hotel: Modern, nice, clean, friendly. Much space. The food (morning + dinner)was waried, and a broad selection - much of every thing.
The food could have been a bit more spicy - but I think it is difficult when you have to serve meals for people from alle over the world. They have themes as mexican and italien food - but anyway :*

With a friend I have been staying at El Hotel Cervantes for very many years, more than I can remember. It is very clean. These days we go because it is very convenient and good value. Not for the ambiance I'm sorry to say( Ahora es is no bueno hoy por esta.)
It has lost it's really Spanish roots, it could be anywhere. It has a "Health Clinic" aura and has lost it's Spanish roots. It was a wonderful hotel in the past and on Friday nights in the past it was a wonderful experience to have so much fun there. It has totally lost the plot as far as being Spanish I'm afraid, it could be anywhere in the world. I love Spain and only visit for that reason. Viva Espana, por favor!

My wife and I have stayed at the hotel a few times and will continue to do so in the near future. In our opinion it is a perfect location and offers excellent value for money. The position offers great choice on the edge of the town for shopping or walking in the evening and a short walk down the lovely steps or there is a lift for .50cents per person each way and you are down on the front, where the beach is.The promenade over looking the beach stretches for a few miles in each direction, and is great for all ages a nice leisurely walk, or you can jog along enjoying the view.I think another plus to the hotel is that local Spanish people use the hotel for a variety of social functions which is always a good sign of a quality hotel. The hotel decor is very nice very clean the maid service was excellent nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were very friendly which helps you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Even though the hotel was full some of our 10 days there was always space and loungers by the lovely pool, and never a shortage of choice at breakfast or dinner. The value takes some beating anywhere in the world, and we are long time travellers in our seventies. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean, very large rooms by European standard with a good bathroom, and every member of staff we came in contact with was so polite. We didn't need to ask any questions during our stay as all was explained on check-in. One noticeable feature of the dining room is the very careful detail paid to the presentation of food, everyone seemed to enjoy the fresh food cooking station, and I would like to make a special mention of the code of dress of the staff both serving and clearing in the restaurant. You have to be impressed with their attention to detail. We enjoyed accompanying our meal with the small one glass cans of both red and white wine at l.50 euros, such value compared with the usual offer of a whole bottle for just one or two people. A really lovely stay and we could thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Nothing to dislike at all.
